The founder of Alvra.

Growing up in Grisons, Switzerland, Anou learned early on that ownership and action turn possibilities into progress. He started as a software engineer at sixteen, spent his early twenties in the technology industry, and along the way co-founded a non-profit venture and a consultancy focused on generational transformations. The entrepreneurial mindset he developed then still shapes how he works today.

More than ten years in industry and consulting have shaped Anou as a hands-on leader of transformations and operational improvements – designing and executing them. He drives change with the team and works from first principles: getting to the heart of each problem, then building the solution from there.

Now based in Zurich, Anou joins Alvra as a co-investor and operator. He takes on operational leadership in businesses Alvra acquires, learning from the people who built it to jointly grow it into its next chapter. His approach is to honour what was built while strengthening what comes next.
